Across Metro Detroit, thousands of residents continue to live without access to affordable, clean water. Families with steam radiators cannot heat their homes. In this season of giving and celebrating, please participate in these efforts to secure the human right to water.

December 1st: Distribute flyers at the Detroit Water and Sewage Department payment centers
December 2nd: Attend water rights press conference
December 3rd: Skate for water at Campus Martius
December 4th: Support the Keep It Flowing” water fundraiser for We the People of Detroit
December 5th: Caroling during Noel Night
December 6th: Watch the film, “Detroit Minds Dying” at Central United Methodist Church
December 7th: Participate in lobbying training for Michigan water legislation
December 8th: Attend the People’s Water Board meeting and year-end potluck
December 9th: Protest at the “Detroit Bankruptcy: One Year Later” forum
December 10th: Lobby on Lansing for water legislation, take bus from Detroit
December 11th: Flyer at the City of Detroit Faith-Based Summit
December 12th: Join in holiday Grinch caroling for water
